12:30 -1:00: Box Lunch & Registration in the Ballroom Foyer
Box lunch will be provided by the region at no cost to meeting attendees
Choice of Turkey Baguette, Roast Beef Baguette or Veggie Delight Wrap

1:00 pm - 2:30pm: Road Racing Meeting in the Salon
1:00pm - 2:30pm: Solo Meeting in the Princess room
1:00pm - 2:30pm: Rally Meeting in the Duchess room
coffee, sodas, water and snacks will be provided in the Ballroom Foyer during the program meetings & general meeting from 1:00pm
3:00pm - 4:30pm: General Meeting
5:30 pm: Awards Celebration

Dinner followed by Award Presentations
dinner menu: Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken, Tender Bourbon Steak Tips, Vegetable Lasagna. Cost of dinner $40.00 pp.

Best Western Royal Plaza Trade Center is holding a limited block of rooms for New England Region at a rate of $109.00 plus tax per night. Call the hotel directly for reservations. Please mention SCCA/NER to receive this rate. 1-8449202-5919. The cut off for the NER room rate is December 14,2023.

Payment must be received by Saturday, January 6, 2024.

Everyone must have a credit card on file when you register online; If you are paying by mail (checks or paper TrPS) you still need to enter a credit card during registration. If we receive a mail-in payment by the time registration closes, we won't charge the card on file. The card will be processed if check/TrPS payment has not been received by January 6, 2024
If paying online, please make sure you have a valid charge card on file. Credit card payments will be processed January 7,2024
